I've been getting my vehicles serviced at the Crystal Lake location for over 7 years. I started returning as a regular because of the excellent service and competitive pricing. The store manager Bob has always remembered who I am every time I come in for service on my vehicle and that makes it easy for me to do business with him. I travel quite a bit for my job needing an oil change about every 6 weeks. Today I tried getting my oil changed at the last minute and things were booked up. I didn't want to go somewhere else but I had to leave town in a few hours unexpected. I went to Firestone down the road to get my oil changed and a tire rotation. My first estimate came back at $90.00. The same service from Auto Tech was $33.00. When I went to check out I asked the guy why it was so much and he said they didn't need to use as much oil and my bill went down to $60.00. I like doing business with people that are fair and have my best interest in mind. Thanks Bob for all you have done for me over the years. Next time I'll try and make an appointment so I don't have to go through that experience again!
